Make Result Class 9th in few Minutes
STEPS Follow
- Open Shala Darpan
- Go to Result Section RESULT<Result Reports<Class 9th and 11th Data Download
- Select Session< Select Class<GO
- Save the file in your Computer/LAPTOP
- Open both Files shaladarpan data file and MY "Ctrl C and Ctrl V 9th Sheet"
- In shaladarpan data file select data from colom A3 to all coloms and rows
- After selection press ctrl+c
- Then after open "Ctrl C and Ctrl V 9th Sheet" and press ctrl+v in "Paste SD Data sheet" from colom A5
- Make sure that all subjects marks in "Paste SD Data sheet" are filled if not fill the marks
- Now it is ready
- Also Fill these marks and attendance
- Note - Give marks in all subjects for SAMAGRA MOOLYANKAN out of 100's don,t in 30's
- Physical and Health Education Fill Marks out of 100
- Foundation of IT Fill Marks out of 100
- SUPW Fill Marks out of 100
- Art Eduction Fill Marks out of 100
- Total Meeting Fill total Meetings of student
- Total Attendance Fill total Attenndance of student
- To Print Marksheet
- Select the Roll No. From drop down list and then print
- Password- copypaste
Make Result Class 11th in few Minutes
- STEPS Follow
- Open Shala Darpan
- Go to Student Section RESULT<Edit Student Detail (Format 5)<Select Session(2019-20)<Class (11)<Section<Show
- Select From Sr.No. 1 to and select all needed data and press ctrl+C
- Then after open my "Ctrl C Ctrl V 11th Sheet" excel workbook and go to "SD Data P5 Sheet" press ctrl+v from coloum A3
- Fill Your "School Information" see subjects that your subjects are there if not add the subjects
- Now go to "Enter Marks Sheet" and choose the stream from drop down list eg. Arts,Science…. And the subjects according to your school.
- Then after "Enter Marks Sheet" and fill the marks in all subjects don't fill the marks in yellow cells
- If the subjects are different then choose from dropdown list for each student.
- Fill marks in Jeewan Kaushal and fill also Attendance
- Now it is ready
- To Print Marksheet
- Select the Roll No. From drop down list and then print (For Excel 10)
- Write the seriol number in right corner 1 after 2 3 4 ……etc and print on A4 size (For Excel 7)
